DMCA Takedown Policy

Overview

PornPlanetXXX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and affiliated partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that material accessible on or from PornPlanetXXX infringes your copyright, you may request removal of that material by submitting a written notification to our copyright agent.

What We Index vs. What We Host

PornPlanetXXX operates as an affiliate directory. Our site:

• Displays metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) sourced from affiliate partner APIs
• Does not host, store, or transmit any video files
• Links users to licensed third-party streaming platforms
• Earns affiliate commissions for traffic referred to partner sites

Because we do not host the underlying content, copyright holders should also — and primarily — direct takedown requests to the originating studio or platform (e.g., Pornhub, AEBN, Adult Time, etc.).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice, your written communication must include all of the following elements:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works on a single site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material — a description of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed, with enough detail to permit us to locate it (e.g., the full URL of the page on PornPlanetXXX).
3. Your contact information — your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) may not receive a response. Please be aware that under § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Where to Send Your Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or, if you are outside the US, any judicial district in which PornPlanetXXX may be found)

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, PornPlanetXXX has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users and partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not any repeat infringement occurs.

Response Time

We are committed to processing valid DMCA notices promptly. Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
• Remove or disable access to the identified listing within 48–72 business hours
• Notify the affiliate partner of the takedown
